| Class category①② | ①This class is designed for students who have received several years of English-medium education, such as at an international preschool, and who wish to continue their education primarily in English. ② This class is intended for students who have not yet had extensive English-language education but wish to begin studying in an English-focused learning environment. Students admitted to Class ②are strongly encouraged to enroll in AIC Kids, an English language program operated by AIC Education Co., Ltd. | How to Apply | Transfer the application fee to the designated bank account under the applicant’s name. Complete and submit the online application form available on the school website. Important Notes: Please complete the bank transfer before submitting the application form. The form will require you to enter the date of the bank transfer. Application fee payments can be made from Monday, August 17, 2026. After the application is confirmed, the assessment schedule and admission ticket will be sent by email after Tuesday, September 1. Please print the admission ticket and bring it on the assessment day. | Selection Process for ①② Class Applicants | ①Assessment: English-based aptitude assessment Student interview conducted in English Parent/guardian interview: Both parents are encouraged to attend if possible; however, at least one parent or guardian must attend. ②Assessment: Japanese-based aptitude assessment Student interview conducted in Japanese Parent/guardian interview: Both parents are encouraged to attend if possible; however, at least one parent or guardian must attend. |
| Announcement of Aelection Results | Admission results will be sent by postal mail on Thursday, September 17, 2026 to the applicant’s domestic mailing address. Applicants who apply for Class ①may be offered placement in Class ② if they are not admitted to Class ①. Successful applicants will receive enrollment documents together with their admission notification. *Please note: The school cannot respond to inquiries regarding assessment details or results by phone. A limited number of applicants may be placed on a waitlist. |
