| Admission Requirements | Applicants must be able to live with their family after enroling in the school and meet the following birthdays 1st Grade: applicants born between April 2, 2019 and April 1, 2020 |
| Application Period | From Sunday, November 16, 2025, to Monday, January 12, 2026 (national holiday), 5:00 PM JST (deadline). |
| Screening Fee | ¥20,000 |
| Application Procedure | Please transfer the application fee to the designated bank account under the applicant’s name and complete the required information on the dedicated online application form available on our website. There is a field in the form to enter the date of the bank transfer. Ensure the application fee is paid before completing the form. Bank transfers for the application fee are accepted starting Saturday, November 15, 2025. |

| Examination Method | Aptitude Test and Student Interview: Conducted primarily in English. Parent Interview: At least one parent must attend. |
| Announcement of Examination Results | Admission results will be sent to the domestic contact address on Thursday, January 29, 2026. ● Successful applicants will receive enrollment documents along with the admission results. Please complete and sign the documents and bring them during the enrollment process. ● Inquiries regarding the examination content or results will not be addressed. |

| Enrollment Procedures | Thursday, February 5, 2026, or Friday, February 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM ● The procedure takes approximately 5 minutes. ● Please visit the school during the designated period with the enrollment fee and the required enrollment documents enclosed with the admission results. ● Failure to complete the enrollment procedures within the specified period will be considered a withdrawal of enrollment. |

| Application Process | Payment of the application fee. Submission of the online application form (an automated confirmation email will be sent upon receipt). After reviewing the application form, the admission ticket will be sent via email (please print and bring it on the examination day). Participation in the entrance examination.
